How to Shop

You can shop by browsing through our products, in the different categories listed on the left hand menu. If you can't find what you are looking for, use the search facility.

Once you have found your product, click on the product name or image to navigate to the individual product page and to see more details on the product. You can also view a larger image of the product.

Enter the quantity and 'Add to Cart'.

You will be asked if you wish for your product to be gift wrapped (for an additional £2 charge). You also have the option of your products being placed in a gift pack, free of charge, if you purchase 2 or more products.

 

Checkout Process

Once you have added products to your basket, you need to choose to go through the checkout process. At this point you can enter any promotion code that you may have.

Once you have opted to checkout, you will be asked to login, if you are a returning customer, or to create a customer account if you are a new customer.

When creating your account, please be sure to register your 'Bill To Information' as your home address to which your credit / debit card is registered. Once you have created an account, you are then able to add a different shipping address if this is applicable for you.

You will be asked to choose your delivery options:

£1.50 - UK Standard Delivery by first class post

£5.50 - UK Next Day Delivery Service (only available Monday to Friday)

£4.00 - Worldwide Delivery by Airmail

 

At this point you can add any comments / special notes for your order.

You will then asked to confirm the order. At this point you will have a choice as to how you would like to make payment. You can either pay using Paypal (no paypal account required) or you will be redirected through to the HSBC Global Payments Gateway.

HSBC are one of the UK's largest card processing providers, allowing you to make your payment safely and securely.

Once you have entered your card details and your payment has been processed successfully, you will be transferred back to www.beauty21.co.uk.

 

Confirmation

Upon placing an order with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

The first e-mail you receive will state that the order is Pending. Your order will be Confirmed, when payment has been successfully processed.

You will also then receive a further e-mail advising you when your order has been shipped.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

1. I have a promotion code, but this isn't working or isn't taking off the appropriate discount amount?

If you have a promotion code then the discount amount will be taken off the product price. If you find that a discount code is not working, when you believe it should be, then please e-mail us at mail@beauty21.co.uk and we will investigate this for you.

2. I have received an e-mail stating that my order is pending?

If your order is still pending and you haven't received an e-mail stating it is confirmed, then it means that unfortunately your payment has not been processed successfully. If you experienced any problems during the payment process, or are unsure why payment has not been accepted, please e-mail us at mail@beauty21.co.uk or call us on 01928 717972.

3. Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, of course. Please call our head office on 01928 717972 and one of our advisors will be pleased to take your order and process payment.

4. I have placed an order, but this has not arrived?

All orders are sent out by first class post within the UK, so should be received within 2 to 5 days. If you still haven't received your order one week after placing it, please contact us immediately via e-mail at mail@beauty21.co.uk or by telephone 01928 717972  and we will investigate this for you.

5. What cards do you accept?

We accept most major credit / debit cards including American Express.

Please ensure that the card details you are using are registered to the billing address you have given us.

When entering you card details please check:

- You have entered the card number correctly (this is the longest number shown on the card)

- You have used the correct cardholder's name

- You have entered the valid from and expiry dates correctly

- You have entered the correct CVV2 number (this is the 3 digit number on the back of the card, after the card number in the signature strip).
