1. Delivery Policy

1.1. The delivery charges for your order will be specified on the checkout page prior to you completing your order and will be based on the service level that you have requested.

The delivery charges for orders are as follows:

Standard Delivery (by first class post, within 3-5 working days)

- £1.50 per order in the UK

Express Delivery (next working day if order placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday)

- Delivery will be charged at £5.50 per order

We do ship to addresses outside the UK, but there is an additional charge for this as follows:

Standard Delivery (sent by airmail post)

- Ireland (3 to 5 working days) - £2 per order

- Rest of the World (5 to 7 working days) - £4 per order

We do not offer Express Delivery for orders to be shipped outside of the UK.

For Overseas orders, please note that all prices quoted are in GBP. The price will be converted into the relevant currency when payment is taken by HSBC and the exchange rate applicable at that time will be used by HSBC.

For Overseas customers, please note that any customs duty incurred on any purchases, are to be met by the customer.

1.2 Deliveries may take longer when the order precedes a weekend or a bank holiday. Customers are advised to observe the last posting days in the run up to the Christmas period to ensure that products are received in time. Beauty21 cannot be held responsible for delays incurred due to postal strike action.

1.3 Please allow at least seven working days for Standard Delivery and three working days for Express Delivery to pass following your order before contacting us regarding late delivery.

1.4 Where delivery has been delayed, in order to allow sufficient time to investigate the whereabouts of your order in the delivery system, no refunds or replacements will be issued until 20 working days have elapsed following dispatch.

1.5 If delivery is attempted and cannot be completed due to nobody being present at the delivery address, the courier company will notify you as to where the product can be retrieved from and how long it will be held for. Orders not collected and then subsequently returned to Beauty21 will be deemed to be cancelled and will be dealt with under our Refund and Cancellation policy detailed above.

1.6 You will be required to be present to take delivery of goods in the following instances:

- For Standard Delivery, where the package is too large to fit through the post box

- For Express Delivery where you may be required to provide a signature to acknowledge delivery.

1.7 Where necessary, to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, your order may be broken down into more than one delivery package. We will aim to inform you by email when this occurs.

1.8. Once deliveries have been dispatched from the warehouse, the risk in the product will be deemed to have transferred to the customer.

2. Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms

We hope that your products find you in perfect condition, but if not, before returning an item, please email us at mail@beauty21.co.uk to receive a Returns Reference Code that must be returned with you product to enable us to process a refund or replacement. Please see below our terms and conditions governing refunds and replacements.

2.1 You can return any unwanted items within 28 days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are unopened with the original product seal intact and are in their original condition. For hair extensions please note that hair products must not have been used or handled (e.g. packets opened, brushed, worn, labels removed etc) for health and hygiene reasons. Hair returned for refund or exhange must not have been opened or removed from the cardboard. 

2.2. We can only offer a refund or an exact replacement for your return, we can't offer to exchange an item for a different item. If you need a different item, you need to request a refund and then place a new order.

2.3 Please note that the original postage charge levied will not be refunded in the case of a return of an unwanted item.

2.4. Should a product be damaged when you receive it, please return the item by Royal Mail 1st Class Parcel post, and a receipt for the cost of return postage to receive a refund of the postage, and we will dispatch a replacement free of charge.

2.5. When returning an item, you are advised to adequately insure the product to cover loss and damage whilst it is in transit, as if it is not received by Beauty21, or the product is damaged, then the refund cannot be processed. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting to assist you to make a claim in this situation.

2.6. This does not affect your statutory rights
